Specific expertise in analyzing injuries related to high and low speed motor vehicle impacts, occupational injuries, lifting, pushing, and pulling injury, slip-trip-fall injury, and injuries related to sports and sports equipment. Dr. Delonga is a practicing physician and licensed professional engineer specializing in the relationship between injuries and accidents. He utilizes engineering analysis along with the evaluation of medical records and anatomic/physiological imaging to determine if the injury mechanism and severity is consistent with the accident event.
Dr. DeLonga received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and his Master's and Ph.D degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He later completed his medical training at the University of Miami School of Medicine and Harvard School of Public Health and is board certified in the areas of Diagnostic Radiology, Aerospace and Occupational Medicine and Nuclear Medicine.

Mr. Grimes is a professional engineer with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He works in the area of documenting, analyzing and reconstructing vehicular accidents.
Mr. Grimes received his degree from Arizona State University. He is certified to image and analyze data from passenger vehicles using the CDR tool and qualified to use the image ECM's from heavy trucks. He received the Forest R. McFarland Award from the SAE and was co-organizer of the accident reconstructions sessions at the SAE World Congress. At the HVE Forum he taught the advanced HVE course.

Dr. Ross is a licensed practicing physician with expertise in forensic pathology, blood stain pattern interpretation, injury causation analysis and biomechanics. He has served as Forensic Pathologist for Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Medical Examiner & Forensic Pathologist for Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and Clinical Assistant Professor of Pathology in the College of Medicine of The Pennsylvania State University from 1993 unto the present. Mr. Keifer is a professional engineer licensed in Florida, California, Georgia, Alabama and Virginia. He works in the areas of accident reconstruction, component failures, safety, combustion and fires involving vehicles and other machinery. He received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, a Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Master's of Science in Biomechanical Trauma from Lynn University. He served in the United States Navy for over 21 years as a Nuclear Trained Surface Warfare Officer. He has taught college level engineering courses at both the United States Naval Academy and Jacksonville University.
